Welcome to VentPay. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using VentPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. About VentPay

VentPay is a digital payment and utility service platform that enables users to purchase airtime, data subscriptions, utility bills, cable TV subscriptions, recharge card printing services, and other supported digital services.

2. Eligibility

To use VentPay, you must: be at least 18 years old; provide accurate and complete registration information; have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to keep your account information updated at all times.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, transaction PIN, and any authentication codes linked to your account. All activities carried out under your account shall be deemed authorized by you unless proven otherwise. You agree to notify VentPay immediately if you suspect: unauthorized access; fraudulent transactions; security breaches; loss of account credentials. VentPay shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account information.

4. Wallet Funding & Transactions

Funds added to your VentPay wallet may be used for supported services available on the platform. While most transactions are processed instantly, some transactions may experience delays due to: bank processing times; network issues; third-party service interruptions; system maintenance. VentPay reserves the right to decline, suspend, or reverse transactions where suspicious activity, fraud, technical errors, or regulatory concerns are detected.

5. Pricing & Service Fees

All applicable charges, service fees, and pricing are displayed before transaction confirmation. VentPay reserves the right to modify pricing, commissions, or service charges at any time without prior notice. Such changes will only apply to future transactions.

6. Refund Policy

Transactions successfully processed to the details provided by the user are considered final and non-refundable, except where: a transaction fails but the user is debited; duplicate charges occur due to system errors; VentPay determines that an error occurred on our side. Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming payment, including: phone numbers; decoder numbers; meter numbers; account information. Refunds for failed transactions are typically processed automatically to the user's wallet. If a refund is not received within 30 minutes, users should contact customer support with their transaction reference number.

7. Fraud Prevention & Account Restrictions

VentPay maintains strict anti-fraud and security measures. We reserve the right to: suspend or restrict accounts; delay or cancel transactions; request identity verification documents; freeze wallet balances under investigation; report suspicious activities to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. Any attempt to use VentPay for fraud, money laundering, identity theft, illegal transactions, or unauthorized activities may result in permanent account termination.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

VentPay may require users to complete identity verification procedures before accessing certain features, transaction limits, withdrawals, or account recovery services. Verification documents may include: government-issued identification; phone number verification; bank verification details; additional supporting documents where necessary. Failure to provide requested verification information may result in restricted access to services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VentPay for: fraudulent activities; illegal transactions; harassment or abusive conduct; unauthorized access to systems; distribution of harmful software or malicious content; activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. VentPay reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of these rules.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep VentPay available at all times; however, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to: scheduled maintenance; network failures; third-party service outages; power disruptions; technical issues beyond our control. VentPay shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions or delays caused by external providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

VentPay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentPay shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential damages; loss of profits or revenue; delays caused by banks or telecom providers; system outages; user input errors; unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount directly related to the disputed transaction.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

VentPay collects and processes user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures designed to help protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. By using VentPay, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension & Termination

VentPay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts where: these Terms are violated; fraudulent activity is suspected; regulatory compliance requires action; security risks are identified. Termination of an account does not remove obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

VentPay may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of VentPay after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of VentPay shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Nigerian courts.
